At the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd, the people are the church. We are a people dedicated to spreading the love and teachings of Jesus Christ in the apostolic tradition to our community and the world.
A distinguishing feature among our various ministries is our theatrical stage at St. Luke's Mission Theatre, our church's outreach mission, hosting performances of family-friendly plays and music.
Established in 1991, the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd in Charlestown, NH worshiped for many years at 20 Summer Street. However, in 2021, the parish was gifted a second facility at 176 Main Street (known as St. Luke's Mission) and moved its Sunday worship service there. Our second facility at 20 Summer Street serves as our Parish Hall and Chapel. See the pictures below.
We believe that our church has a historic opportunity to grow into a modern Eucharistic community, while protecting its Anglican heritage. At a time when congregations are aging and looking to engage the next generations, our church is building on its Love of God and launching a vibrant call for holiness, spiritual vitality and parish renewal.
Our church is led by a dedicated clergy team and lay leaders. The Reverend Brian Marsh is our Rector. Come and meet our leadership team and learn more about our Vision.
Your support and contributions will enable us to grow our witness to God's Love made manifest in our Lord Jesus Christ.
We love visitors and our members, so feel free to visit during worship service hours or call for an appointment
